At Amillion Clinic, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered efficiently and securely. Our freight policy outlines important details regarding the shipping and delivery of our products to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

1. Shipping Locations

Amillion Clinic ships to all Portuguese-speaking countries, including but not limited to Portugal, Angola, Mozambique, and Cape Verde. For shipping to other international destinations, please contact us directly to discuss shipping options.

2. Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted courier services to deliver your products safely and on time. Shipping options vary depending on the destination:

Standard Shipping: Delivery typically within 3-5 business days within Portugal.
International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on location, typically ranging from 7-15 business days for international destinations.
Expedited Shipping: Available upon request for an additional fee.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Expedited and international shipping may incur additional charges. We offer free shipping on all orders over €500 within Portugal.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 1:00 PM GMT will be processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM or during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Customs and Duties

For international shipments outside of the EU, the recipient may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other import fees that may be levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to follow your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
